Well here we go again.
Most of Wales and parts of England are in some state of lockdown.
This is a situation we hoped we could avoid. But this is out of our hands.
Wehi Web Design is committed to our community. We already outlined our commitment in a previous blog post.
Wehi doesn’t want to lay this on thick. We are already bored by our favourite supermarket bombarding us with emails. We are sure that they are boring you as well.
We are going to avoid the phrase ‘new normal’.
Here is how we are trying to help:
Video consultations - We will now conduct all briefs and meetings through video. You may be working from home. We are happy to conduct meetings outside of usual business hours. Please if you have any accessibility issues contact us. We will make any and all adaptation to ensure that you can access our services and products.
Flexible payment schedules - Your business is likely experiencing a sporadic or limited cash flow. We are happy to reduce payments and adjusted to repayment schedule to fit your cashflow.
Payment holidays - Lockdown may have forced you to close your doors or limit your operational hours. We understand you may have no income. Wehi would rather you were honest about your ability to pay us back.
We ask that you follow your local guidelines. The more we follow these rules the sooner we get back back to everyday life. Everyday life may not be a smooth road but it will involve you seeing your family and friends again.
Please if you are able check on your neighbours. and your community as far as possible within your local parameters.
