An Open Letter to Our Customers and Partners

An Open Letter to Our Customers and Partners

Wehi are lucky enough to remain open for trading. Our sympathies lay with those who are unable to keep trading.  It is Wehi Web’s aim to contribute to the safety of our community.

We ask all customers to request video consultations or to reach us through our contact form. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to customers who wish to visit our business premises directly. If this causes any accessibility issues for our customers or business partners please contact us directly so we can resolve these issues.

Many of Wehi Web’s contracts are with Italian companies. Our thoughts are with our business partners in Italy and their families at this time.

The European nature of our business shows us how bad the Coronavirus could become here in Wales. We ask that our audience and customers please refer to NHS guidelines or their official local guidelines where appropriate.

We understand that there are many small businesses and traders who are about to enter a challenging period. If you have or know of any small businesses or startups struggling in the current environment please refer them to Wehi Web.

We can help them move their business online or to make their services more visible online. No query will be too small just reach us through our contact form. We believe that advice is always free. There is no obligation to hire us. Wehi just wants to support our community.

They key to success in this difficult situation will be through cooperation not competition.

Please do not worry about the financial aspect. If we can be of service to your business, social enterprise or just a family member struggling to work from home please contact us now.

Please at this moment in time take the opportunity to support your community. Check on your neighbours and help them take all necessary precautions.

Wehi has made a donation of £1000 to the ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco hospital in Milan which is currently caring for our critically ill business partners in Italy. If you are in a position to do so please support The Red Cross or any other association who is going to provide invaluable aid to the NHS and our community.

This will hopefully be the only blog you read from Wehi Web Design regarding Coronavirus. We are taking all due diligence to protect ourselves and our community. Wehi asks that our customers and our audience take care to do the same.

If there is any help that we can provide your business or any advice that your online business needs at this time please comment below.

Keep Safe,

The Wehi Team.
