Bespoke. An adjective beloved by marketers and tailors alike.

Bespoke has become a synonym for quality. It flatters the buyer.

Buy this dress so people will know how rich and clever and attractive you are.

But it has another definition that most people overlook.

Made for the customer. Made to their expectations. Made to fit their exact needs.

Marketers, web-designers and copywriters alike throw this word around like it is meaningless. I know I have in the past.
